�kos is an experienced employment law specialist, who has been advising multinational companies from a wide range of sectors, temporary work agencies with international background, Hungarian medium and large businesses and executive employees.

He has significant experience in dealing with a varied range of employment issues, including negotiating, drafting and terminating employment related agreements and advising clients on different employment related matters, such as restructuring, collective redundancy procedures, transfer of businesses, collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, labour authority examinations, data protection practices. In addition, �kos is frequently advising on the employment related aspects of cross-border transactions and is involved in due diligence exercises.

�kos regularly represents clients in court procedures, predominantly in commercial and employment related legal disputes. In addition, �kos has extensive experience in corporate and commercial issues and he is frequently advising clients in relation to winding-up and liquidation procedures.

After completing his studies, he started working for the firm as an associate in 2009 and became a partner in 2018. In 2017, he was seconded to the employment/labour practice group of a leading international law firm�s Washington, D.C. office.
