Our firm provides comprehensive legal services to a major foreign-owned agricultural trading and animal feed manufacturing company and also represents various smaller and other international market players. In this context, we have gained in-depth knowledge of the various types of sale and purchase, storage and framework agreements used between agricultural producers and traders, as well as the legal issues that typically arise in connection with them.

We regularly represent our clients in debt collection matters and in all types of disputes arising from their business activities,  including disputes over refusal of performance and warranty claims, before both domestic courts and arbitration tribunals, such as the Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK) and the Arbitration Court of the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture.

We are also experienced in the recognition and enforcement of awards rendered by major international agricultural arbitration institutions, such as GAFTA, before Hungarian courts.
